Here we are at the Mandeville Seafood Festival announcing that Captain Jacques Pierre is coming to St. Tammany with his Cajun Christmas Tales. We would like to say thank you to Jerry and Sandy Cash and the whole staff at POPs Performing Arts for helping make this event possible.

We appeared in Covington on on Columbia Street right across from St. Tammany Homestead’s new building on December 9th and 10th in 2005. I, Captain Jacques Pierre, and my friends, Boudreaux and Tuson were there to entertain the children. Parents enjoyed the show too. Papa Noel made his appearance on December 10th to help conduct the annual Christmas Parade. It was fun for all.

PAST EVENTS

After Katrina all things changed
Our lives we had to rearrange.
Without a stage, what would we do?
Build one, build one, big and new!

Covington is where we made
Our debut in a parade.
Then during the day and night,
Story telling under lights.
